Our Story
Founded by Louis Wheeler and Svend Littauer, the business was created in response to the challenges international investors and companies often face when entering and operating in the UK market. With decades of combined experience in business development, international business and cross-border entrepreneurship, they built IntroD-UKtions to serve as a reliable bridge between businesses and the people, expertise and opportunities they need to move forward.

Today, IntroD-UKtions supports clients across a broader range of business needs, from market entry and company establishment to strategic growth, investor access, governance and exit planning, and access to specialist resources.
We support companies looking to establish and expand in the UK, including business setup assistance, strategic resource procurement, nomination of non-executive directors and sponsorship licence facilitation.
We also help businesses identify potential investors and manage relationships through to completion, while supporting due diligence processes through access to appropriate commercial, financial and legal expertise.
